History
Soviet AK47 assault rifle was designed and developed immediately after World War II by now-famous Red Army sergeant Mikhail Kalashnikov. It would become the most popular firearm of all times and in Vietnam War it posed serious problem for Allied forces because of the firepower advantage it had over M1 Garand, M1/M2 Carbine, M14 and other older generation small arms Allied forces were still using.
Obviously North Vietnamese Army and main force Vietcong units were the first recipents of the AK47 assault rifles. Over the years AK47 was widely distributed to all units although second-line World War II vintage small arms remained continuosly in service particularly with Vietcong.

This product (AK47) is manufactured under the Japanese arms and weapons
law to avoid remolding and there is no further durability than needed.
Also this product has adopted the Side Fire System which is for models
inside of Japan and based on the countries law.
Therefore compared to the Center Fire products, the performance for this
model is considered low and there is a possibility that an unexpected fire
will occur during loading the cartridge to the chamber.
And with this models mechanism, semi-auto firing will not function at a
certain way and due to the unexpected fire, the cartridges might ware off
fast or be damaged easily.
